T&L Pulse - June 2025 edition
Direct access into the minds of learning professionals around the world - what's hot this month!
The Talent and Leadership Club is a community of over 1,400+ ‘in house’ learning professionals. We are on a mission to ensure that the learning function is seen as credible by doing good work that is aligned to organisational strategy. We do this by bringing the community together for expert sessions, working sessions on relevant topics and thriving social media discussion groups.
We are conscious we do not operate in isolation and there is a wider ecosystem that includes consultancies, individual experts and academia. Everyone involved in this ecosystem needs to be performing at the top of their game to play their part. One key way we believe we can do this is by providing people and organisations that sit outside of the community with insight into what is on the minds of people within the Talent and Leadership Club. This newsletter is how we do this. The beauty is, some of the themes are huge and will impact the profession, whilst others are very tactical.
The size and reach of the community means it has direct access to discussions taking place amongst the learning community. Each month we will provide you with a summary of the discussion topics from the community so you can see the work that is being undertaken, as well as look at the trends over the course of the year.
